On June 30, Priveq Investment, among other shareholders, signed an agreement to divest the portfolio company CC systems to the Nordic venture capital firm IT provider and part of the company's management. The investment in CC Systems, which has been a part of Priveq's second fund, Skandia Investment KB, has yielded an IRR exceeding 12 percent, and a multiple of cost of 1.7 times the invested capital.

On April 22, 2005, Priveq divested the skandia group's interest in the healthcare company Carema Vård och Omsorg to 3i Group. The investment in Carema, which has been managed by Priveq, has yielded an IRR of 69 percent, and a multiple of cost of 8.5 times the invested capital.
